How to Use:
Shake well and take a deep breath. Give 4 drops directly under the tongue, in water a water bottle so that they can take it throughout the day without needing to re-dose, or on the skin, up to four times daily, or as needed. For a calming experience, add several drops to bath water.
To amplify effects:
Have the child repeat the intention words at the bottom of this sheet while they take the essence. Turn on the plant music of each flower.
Have the child look at the flowers on the cards and recognize the shapes and different colors.
